On this 1991 remodel we had to strip the entire top half of old siding around the building along with half of the stucco in order to shim the West and East sides out 2-1/2 along the entire length to make them straight. This also required the removal of all windows in those areas and make custom door and window frames to acommidate the thicker walls. We then installed new redwood siding,stucco, sliding doors, and tile on the outside. On the interior we remodeled the bathroom with a new whirlpool tub, toilet, and custom tile. In the living room we replaced the old fireplace with a more modern Marvin gas burning unit and wall cladding. Customer no longer lives at this addess.
